Let us know a little bit about the project and we can determine which permits are needed. We can take a rough sketch of your idea and turn it into professional drawings ready for submission to The City Of Calgary. Depending on the level of detail you are able to provide, we will determine if a visit to the site is needed. If so, we'll use a laser measuring tool to accurately draft the floor plan, joist plan, etc.

If you require a site plan for a garage, deck, addition, etc. we will need an existing Real Property Report (RPR) or Site Plan to modify.
